This Week in Rotary

Club member Allan Lill presented the Staveley Ice Rink Project a boost of $5,000. Clare Harden of the Staveley Hall Society said “We are very grateful for this donation. We have received over 250 donations to get us to where we are today. So $5,000 may seem small in the grand scheme of things, but we wouldn’t be here without Groups like the Plains Rotary Club!”

This is a whopping total of $1,151,989 raised to date. The total needed for the refrigeration project is $1,326,989 so Just $175,000 to go!
The rink is definitely on track to open Mid June. Their top priority is to open without debt.
