About the Speaker
- Ashburton diva and singing teacher Kathi Craig will be turning 80 next year, but she still has a big ambition.
  
  After more than 50 years of spreading joy through her own singing, and helping others to find their voice, Craig has been honoured as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
  
  She is continuing to sing and teach at an age when many of her contemporaries have given up, determined "to be the best I can, and pass it on".
  
  And she has one special wish: To teach the All Blacks to sing the national anthem.
